At Tapper's Jewelry, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for most jewelry and watches in their original, unworn condition. Please note that custom designs and engraved items are considered final sale and are not eligible for exchange or refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal or contact a client advisor to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Secure Your Package

  Place your item in its original presentation box and secure it inside a sturdy shipping carton, including all original certificates, warranty cards, and appraisals.

  Ship with Confidence

  Affix the prepaid insured label to your package and drop it off at any authorized shipping location, ensuring you obtain a receipt for tracking purposes.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master jewelers verify the condition and authenticity of the piece, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
